Cherry Fleur Pale Ale with Cherry Juice 5.5% • 49.7 IBU We had a thought experiment: what if we brewed a beer using only a dry wine yeast? The result is this pale ale. Taking its reddish-copper hue from cherry juice sourced out of Traverse City’s King’s Orchard, this beer brings a wonderful balance. The yeast and cherry juice give off a slight floral and tart aroma while the taste of the beer runs a delicate balance between sweet, floral and tart. At 5.5% alcohol, we think this a wonderfully unique and drinkable beer.
Pear Fleur Pear Pale Ale 6.6% • 50 IBU An experimental Pale Ale. We brewed this beer with Pear Juice from our friends at Kings Orchards, and fermented it with a dry white wine yeast. The result is a sweet pear nose, with flavors pear grapefruit, and sweet malty notes. Has a white wine like finish, crips and dry.
Hella-Copper Michigan Hopped IPA 6.7% • 65 IBU We brewed this American IPA exclusively with Michigan Bred and Grown Copper Hops. This new hop gives the beer notes of pineapple, and melon. A strong malty backbone rounds out this experimental IPA.

King’s Therapy Imperial Stout 9.7% • 46.2 IBU Is there such a thing as an immensely drinkable 9.7% imperial stout? Yeah there is and it should be in your hands. This silky stout has all the qualities you love in a big stout – dark fruit, a slight coffee roast and loads of dark and milk chocolates – but it doesn’t have the heaviness of a near double-digit stout, though the mouthfeel is still full and luxurious.
