Light malty notes, grainy wheat, and finishes with notes of tangerine, lime, and blueberry from a late mosaic hop addition Totally Awesome #3 (American IPA) 6% 65 IBUs- An easy drinking IPA hopped with Simcoe and Cascade generously on the back end so it’s not overly bitter and has a great hop nose. Floral, Citrusy, and Piney hop notes! Master Of Shadows (Porter) 5.4% 31.5 IBUS- A full-bodied porter with a roasty coffee like nose with a nice chocolate flavor and moderate roast levels to compliment Pumptrickin (Pumpkin Ale) 6.2% 26.4 IBUs- A fall classic brewed with real pumpkin and strategically spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and brown sugar like drinking pumpkin bread Cousin Eddies Best 5.6% 27.1 IBUs- An American Wheat brewed for the Holidays with Honey, Ginger, and Clove. Delicate nose of ginger, followed by more ginger, clove, and notes of grainy wheat and biscuit on the back end. More welcome at your holiday vacation than Cousin Eddie showing up with the RV. Simplifying Saison (Saison) 5.7% 30.5 IBUs- A classic easy drinking saison. Orange and lemongrass esters are complimented with notes of cracked pepper! Peppermint Shadows (Peppermint Porter) 5.4% 31.5 IBUs- Our Master Of Shadow Porter with Peppermint! Vanilla TA3 (Vanilla IPA) 6% 65 IBUs- Our Totally Awesome #3 IPA with Vanilla! Brrrlicious (Blueberry Imperial Stout) 10.8% 57 IBUs- A deceptively smooth Imperial Stout that we added Blueberries into. Notes of Chocolate, Vanilla, Graham Cracker, Roast, light notes of Blueberry. Sauvinson (Imperial Saison) 7.2% 31.5 IBUs- Imperial Saison with Sauvignon Blanc grape must and Nelson Sauvin hops. A beautiful, rich Saison with delicate notes of green apple and fresh pear on the nose accentuated by the addition of Sauvignon Blanc grape must (the juice extracted from the crushed grape skins, flesh, seeds and stems). As it warms in the glass, bright notes of gooseberry and hay come forth too.

Seltzer 5%- Root Beer, Grapefruit, Blueberry-Lavender-Lemonade, Blood Orange, Winter Cranberry Non-Alcoholic Hop Water- Just a refreshing drink of hops and water, with a little bit of carbonation.
